HANDLING AND SET UP:
- CLEAN HANDS: Always handle linen with clean dry hands
- UNPACKING: Remove linens carefully from their packaging and place on clean tables. We advise to wipe tables in advance as they re often rolled and store in dirty environments.
- IRONING AND STEAMING: IF wrinkles appear after unpacking, lightly steam linens while they are hanging and avoid high heat.
DURING THE EVENT:
- SPILL CARE: If a spill occurs, blot it immediately with a clean dry cloth. Avoid rubbing, as this can set the stain deeper
- LIMIT USE OF ADHESIVES: Avoid adhesives, tape or glues on linen.
- AVOID OPEN FLAMES: Keep candles and lames enclosed
PACKING AND RETURN:
- DEBRIS: Remove loose debris, crumbs or flower petals
- AVOID STAIN TREATMENT: Do not attempt to wash any stains
- DRY BEFORE PACKING: IF linens have become damp, air dry them thoroughly before packing to prevent mildew.
- FOLD CAREFULLY: Fold linens after use
- RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: Ensure linens are packed and returned as per the guidelines and within the agreed timeline to avoid additonal charges.
