Build your Order
Add the items you need to your basket and submit your order online. This can be updated as your plans evolve, subject to availability and timing. Once your order is submitted, you’ll receive confirmation outlining, items and quantities, hire period, delivery or collection details, pricing and payment terms. Stock is reserved once the order is accepted and payment is confirmed.
Finalise Details
As your event approaches, final numbers and table plans often change. We understand this. Where possible, we’ll accommodate reasonable adjustments to quantities or items - we simply ask that changes are confirmed as early as possible to ensure availability and avoid additional charges.
Linen Preperation
Ahead of your event, your linen is professionally laundered, inspected for quality carefully counted and packed. All items are prepared specifically for your order and packed into specialist transport boxes to keep everything protected in transit.
Delivery or Collection
You can choose between, delivery to your venue or address, or collection from our warehouse. Deliveries may be made by our own vehicles or a trusted courier partner, depending on location. Clear instructions are provided so you know exactly what to expect. If collecting, your order will be prepared and ready for handover at the agreed time.
Your Event
Enjoy your event knowing your linen has been professionally prepared and delivered. We expect normal use, but ask that reasonable care is taken - particularly around candles, open flames and damp storage - to avoid damage that cannot be removed during laundering.
After the Event
Once your event has finished, place all linen back into the transport boxes provided, do not wash or attempt to clean the linen. Ensure items are dry and free from excess debris. We’ll guide you through this step so it’s simple and stress-free.
Collection or Return
On the agreed date, we’ll collect the linen, or you can return it to our warehouse. Please ensure everything is packed and ready at the agreed time to avoid delays or additional charges.
Inspection & Processing
All linen is returned to our facility where it is: professionally laundered, inspected for loss or damage, reconciled against the original order. Minor marks from normal use are expected and included in the hire price. If any items are missing or irreversibly damaged, we’ll contact you in line with our Damage Policy.
